Collective Build
Build awareness. Build alignment. Build the year ahead.
A dynamic experience that combines intentional reflection, values-based leadership principles, and hands-on creative expression. It’s the perfect way to bring teams together while also supporting their personal and professional growth. More meaningful and unique than the typical cut-and-paste collage.
The Organisational Value
This isn’t just a once-off team-building activity. The Collective Build Workshop can support organisations to:
-
Refresh goals and priorities each quarter
-
Build a more intentional and self-driven team culture
-
Improve communication, collaboration, and alignment
-
Reduce burnout by helping employees reconnect to purpose
-
Strengthen morale and emotional resilience during high-pressure seasons
-
A colourful and creative artwork that is displayed as a daily reminder in team offices.

What the Experience Looks Like
The workshop includes:
-
A brief introduction to the science of visioning and creative leadership
-
A values discovery exercise
-
Guided vision puzzle creation using The House of Yay’s creative tools
-
A grounding meditation to align goals with action
-
All materials provided, teams simply shows up
It’s a unique fusion of personal insight, creative expression, and leadership development, and it’s unlike anything teams have experienced before.

Why This Workshop?
In a fast-paced, fractured, work environment, it’s easy for teams to lose sight of their bigger picture, their goals, their values, and the future they want to create together. This workshop gives teams a rare opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect.
Through a guided values discovery session, creative vision board design, and a grounding meditation experience, teams will:
-
Gain clarity on personal and professional goals
-
Strengthen self-awareness and leadership identity
-
Foster deeper team connection and collaboration
-
Spark creativity, engagement, and renewed motivation
-
Leave with a tangible reminder of their intentions and next steps
"It’s a fun, relaxed, hands-on activity, but with
meaningful impact".
Many organisations choose to run this workshop quarterly or bi-annually as a check-in point to help teams stay connected to the vision they’re working toward, individually and collectively.
